Have A Little Faith / There’s Magic In The Night…

“You ain’t a beauty but hey you’re alright… Well now I’m no hero / that’s understood… We got one last chance to make it real.” – Bruce Springsteen, Thunder Road – 1975

This almost became one of the hundreds of posts I start and abandon at the expense of the next title wave of ideas that wash it away, but was too good not to pass along. Springsteen is knows as a tireless and ageless rocker, but he is a poet first. You need only to read his lyrics to agree.

The video below is a 41-year journey along Thunder Road–Asbury Park , the Stone Pony, the E Street Band and solo, Clarence Clemons, clubs, stadiums, acoustic, plugged-in, harmonica, piano, sax, screaming guitar.
